FOUNDER & OWNER
 
  
Shane O'Roark is the founder, owner and manager of this dealership.  He began his career in the automotive industry when he was 16 years old, cleaning and selling vehicles.  In 1995 he opened his own dealership.  In 1996 he began selling only police vehicles.  In 1999 he began marketing these vehicles nationwide, which lead to the volume that is purchased and sold here today. Shane has served in Missouri and Kansas law enforcement since 1985 where he began as an explorer scout, then dispatcher, then police officer in 1993.  Shane is currently a Kansas City Missouri Police Officer (no affiliation with this private company and the City of Kansas City Missouri).  In 1999 Shane founded Metropolitan Patrol Security Company, which was later sold in Kansas City. Shane handles the overall operations of the dealership as well as inventory acquisition.  The experience and dedication in both fields add to the quality, direction and final product that is distributed at this dealership.  Feel free to contact him at any time.  He looks forward to meeting new customers as well as visting with the ones that have been through these doors before. GENERAL MANAGER
 

 
Dee Spencer is the General Manager of this dealership.  He is responsibe for all aspects of operations.  One of the most important aspects of his job is customer service to insure that you are pleased with your experience here.  Dee has been a professional in the automotive industry for 40 years!  His experience and knowledge is difficult to match.  His tenure alone speaks for itself. Dee is at your disposal for anything you might need.  Call Dee at 816-842-2525.     

TITLES & PAYMENTS
 
   
Title completion and payments are managed by Margaret "Margo" Engle. Margo's professional experience ensures accurate and timely title preparation.  She handles all accounts receivable and accounts payable. Margo has been in the automotive clerical arena for several years and has held several secretarial and accounting positions for years.  Margo is at your disposal for questions and updates on payments and title status.  Call Margo at 816-842-2525 extension 1003.   

 
INVENTORY ACQUISITIONS  

 

Vehicle purchasing/inventory acquisitions is completed by Greg Glass.  Greg utilizes a network of outlets to obtain vehicles nationwide to supply our inventory here.  Greg has been in the automotive industry since 1995.  He holds a Masters Degree in Finance.  Greg works behind the scenes to make this dealership what it is today.

Carl "Eddie" Drowns is your Sales Associate. Eddie is a veteran full time police administrator of a local suburb here in the Kansas City area. He also has a history in automotive reconditioning and sales. He brings a wide range of experience that compliments the sales staff.    

SALES 

 

Cory Englehardt is your Main Sales Associate.  He is friendly and helpful while he assists you with your choices.  Cory serves as a member of the National Guard since 2006.
